What You’ll Do:
Inspire & Lead: Drive performance and help our team succeed.
Engage the Team: Promote safety, operational improvement, and excellence.
Delight Customers: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
Mentor & Coach: Develop a team of customer service stars.
Stay Compliant: Follow company policies and local regulations.
Manage Facilities: Keep our sites in tip-top shape.
Report Performance: Update Site and District Managers regularly.
Boost Efficiency: Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors.
Requirements
2+ years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry
Experience driving for and achieving results
Membership sales experience is a plus!
Excellent customer service expertise and ability to train and develop this competency in others
Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting)
Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking
Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition
Ability to train and develop others and gain buy in from peers and teammates
