Hiring SPENGA associates immediately- openers and closers needed! We are looking for positive, energetic, independent and efficient individuals. A SPENGA associate will warmly welcome, take care of existing members and manage new member sales.

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Strong problem solving and multitasking skills

Motivation, drive and reliability

Requirements

Sell memberships and retail

Retain and increase client participation

Set up, clean, and reset studio equipment after each session

Maintain clean facility

Promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
