Vitality Bowls is growing, and we are building a team to grow with us. We are looking for assistant managers to be part of a fun, healthy, positive environment. We make Acai Bowls! Smoothies! Paninis! Wraps! And even avocado toast and fresh juices!

As assistant manager you will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant and ensuing the highest standards of services, quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, training, and motivating teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Managing all aspects of the dining experience from greeting guests and taking orders to coordinating kitchen operations and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals.
Monitoring and maintaining the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet the restaurants standards and guest expectations.
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Implementing and enforcing hygiene, safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Conducting regular staff evaluations, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for training and development.
Requirements:
- Become food certified
- Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
- Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
- Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
- Come to work with a positive attitude, and are willing to work well with others
- Leadership abilities and management experience a plus
- Restaurant experience a plus
Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious açaí bowls, a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, juices, salads and more. No ingredient fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, or artificial preservatives are used, giving the purest taste possible to each item.
