Location: 3333 W 8th St, Thatcher, AZ
Pay: $18.50/hour + PTO
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the club, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting with staff supervision. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Club Manager to help achieve business and member satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the fitness club
• Support in supervising and training front desk staff and cleaning staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks
• Help drive member engagement and retention initiatives
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• Availability to work weekends (required)
