Our Benicia studio is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to help grow our community, support operations, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Position Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Studio Manager in driving membership growth and overseeing daily operations. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and has a passion for health, wellness, and Pilates.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and renewals through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and in-studio consultations

• Confidently overcome objections and close sales

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create lasting member relationships

• Support the Studio Manager with scheduling, reporting, and daily studio operations

• Organize and participate in local marketing events to attract new leads

• Assist in onboarding and motivating the sales team to achieve performance goals

• Contribute to a positive, high-energy studio environment that promotes retention

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; fitness or membership-based sales preferred

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Passionate about health, wellness, and Pilates

• Able to work a full-time schedule, including Saturdays (studio closed Sundays and Mondays)
