Key Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in leading daily operations and maintaining high performance standards
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates and Flexologists to meet and exceed membership sales and service goals
• Drive new membership sales through lead management, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, retention, and labor metrics
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from first visit through long term membership
• Manage scheduling, front desk operations, and overall studio organization
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or sales management preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and close sales
• Interest in health, fitness, mobility, or boutique wellness studios
• Comfortable working in a commission based sales environment
• Experience with CRM systems or studio management software is a plus
