Location: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery & Funeral Center - Hayward, CA


Are you seeking a meaningful leadership position serving families and the community? As our Assistant Manager, you should exhibit the values of the Catholic faith and serve as a role model to the staff. You will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of a Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) location.

Are you a leader with a coaching mindset who enjoys developing people towards success? You will lead the sales team and motivate them to broaden community impact by educating on our pre-need ministry. As the Assistant Manager, you will ensure staff serves families in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in sales management
• Team development experience
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
• Knowledge of Catholic rituals and traditions
• Ability to prepare, forecast, and analyze budgets/financial reports
• Capability of overseeing multiple functional areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
