Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with integrity and promote the Popeyes® culture.
• Ensure smooth shift management and excellent guest service.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and fun environment.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and oversee product production efficiently.

Position Requirements

• Minimum one year of management experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant setting.
• Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other flexible schedules.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry items up to 15 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team members.
• Operate registers and assist in product preparation as needed.
• Maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with coworkers and customers.
