Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and train Associates to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Open and close the restaurant, ensuring safety and quality.
• Interact with customers enthusiastically, resolving any complaints with empathy.
• Manage food, labor, and costs while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and related certifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
