As an Assistant Manager for Circle City Star, LLC, you are responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of restaurant operations and assist with meeting/maintaining sales goals, quality assurance, operational controls, labor controls, providing direction and guidance to crew members and shift leaders. As well as striving to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction, by determining training needs to accomplish goals, and then implementing the plan. As an Assistant Manager you work in conjunction with the General Manager and District Manager to set, develop, and maintain the standards of the restaurant as well as crew and shift leaders.

Requirements:

• Management and restaurant experience is desired, but not required.
• The most important criteria is you: a positive attitude, people and customer service skills, and the ability/desire to learn and develop your talent to its fullest.
