Lead a multi-talented team

• Identify and recruit 5-Star talent to create a top-notch team
• Provide coaching and development to support a fun and respectful work environment
• Ensure operations run smoothly to deliver fresh food and excellent service every day

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of one year experience in a leadership role, preferably in foodservice
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
• Flexible work availability

You’re willing and able to:

• Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Handle various weather conditions and physical tasks
• Operate restaurant equipment and technology efficiently
