Summary Of Responsibilities:

• Run the restaurant during your shift
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Burger King brand standards
• Ensure adherence to cash control and security procedures
• Provide coaching to enhance team capabilities and performance
• Manage food inventories to maintain restaurant profitability
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance routines
• Report any significant issues to the RGM

Qualifications And Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of quick-service or other restaurant experience, management experience a plus
• Understanding of cash control procedures
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must have reliable transportation.
