Assistant Manager

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!

Shifts are available from 5-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun!

The Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich station
• Able to help open and close a store as a key holder
• Have previous quick service restaurant experience
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Help assist and train team members with patience

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a restaurant or related field, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ordering, inventory management, financial tracking and management
• Experience hiring, training, and terminating staff based on needs and performance
• Able to work a flexible and varied schedule based on store needs
• A strong understanding of and deduction to food safety
• Servsafe, or other nationally accredited food safety organization, certified, or the ability to get certification within 30 days of hire
