Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Train, coach, and motivate crew members to uphold company standards
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through quality service
• Monitor food preparation and maintain health and safety compliance
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support inventory control, ordering, and managing food and labor costs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Open and close the restaurant as needed
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
