Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager will work alongside the General Manager to run daily operations at Mid-Ozark. You’ll help keep the plant running safely and efficiently, support customers, and lead operations when the General Manager is away. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Encouraging Growth: We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.

Qualifications 

·                      Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2 years of relevant experience

·                      Agriculture background (helpful)

·                      Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)

·                      Mechanical ability (helpful)

·                      Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
