Assistant Manager - California Oaks Rd

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising restaurant employees and Shift Leaders
• Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity
• Assist in completing interviews with potential employees
• Train and evaluate employees for potential growth
• Track employee goals and productivity
• Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant
• Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues
• Assist in Controlling Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies, Paper and Repair/Maintenance
• Assist in creating ways to increase transactions and sales
• Assist in completing daily and weekly paperwork
• 8-12 Week Training Plan for certification

• Management experience required. 1 Year minimum.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent People Skills - Motivate/Train Employees
• Strong leadership qualities
• Positive Attitude/Friendly
• Be able to multi task
• Flexible schedule is required. Asst. Managers are required to be able to work opening shifts, mid shifts and closing shifts.
• Full Time - 40+ hours per week – Scheduled 9 hours per day x 5 days a week.
