Team Description

  We conduct Catalog Audits based on the customer shopping experience across Coupang's overall business.

  
  


• 
  

  Through auditing the Coupang catalog, we identify defects that could lead to a poor customer experience and resolve them through communication with relevant departments to ensure correction.

  
  

What you will do 

• 
  

  Review monitoring results conducted by Catalog CX auditors and provide feedback.

  
  


• 
  

  Create dashboards visualizing feedback (based on result reviews) and productivity metrics.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the creation of monitoring reports and catalog defect reports based on monitoring results.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze discrepancy cases ('Diff cases') according to work guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). 

  
  

Basic Qualifications 

• Bi-lingual (Native mandarin and basic / conversational english) 

• At least 2 years of experience in an online or internet-based company, ideally within the e-Commerce sector.  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Detail oriented and solution-driven  

• Able to adapt to new tools and processes quickly 

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects 

Remuneration 

• Monthly salary of more than NT$ 58,000 (fixed or variable salary varies depending on personal qualifications or performance)
