Lead, manage and hold your team accountable
Support in the leasing of vacant units and renewing units; this includes marketing, communication with current and future residents, promotional or community events, social media postings, etc.
Assist in office administration and help integrate all major operating functions such as letters and notices, delinquent accounts, legal filings, etc.
Own all aspects of the resident’s move-in and move-out experience
Provide 5-star customer service

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:
Help the team achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95%
Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 50%
Effectively use revenue management to obtain positive lease trade outs on new and renewal leases
