Assistant Manager - Einstein Bros. Bagels

Position Overview:

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!

Shifts are available from 5-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun!

The Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.

Salary is $50,000 annually. Tips and bonus usually adds a additional $5K - $10K annually to salary. Managers typically work an average of 45 hours per week.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich station


• Able to help open and close a store as a key holder


• Have previous quick service restaurant experience


• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest


• Maintain a neat and clean appearance


• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions


• Help assist and train team members with patience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Dependability is a must, follow schedule and arrive on time


• Reliable transportation

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift 40 pounds at a time
