Assistant Manager Entry Level

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious, and coachable individuals to join our Assistant Manager (Entry-Level) position as part of our Leadership Development Program. No prior management experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Assistant Manager:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced retail and event environments

• Represent national and nonprofit brands through face-to-face marketing promotions

• Engage with customers as a brand ambassador, promoting products and supporting meaningful causes

• Work with team leads to improve sales and outreach strategies

• Participate in leadership development workshops and hands-on training sessions

• Mentor and support new team members to ensure their success

• Set, track, and achieve performance and campaign goals
