Assistant Manager / Entry Level Management

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Entry-Level Management Training Program—designed for those who want hands-on experience, fast-track growth, and leadership opportunities within their first year.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive cross-functional training in marketing, sales, event coordination, and customer relations

• Support and help manage retail-based nonprofit promotions and outreach campaigns

• Lead small teams and coordinate multiple promotional events within your first 90 days

• Build relationships with clients, venues, and retail partners to ensure campaign success

• Learn to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven improvements

• Develop leadership skills and progress into a full management role in 6–12 months

• Contribute to our West Coast expansion efforts, helping launch new markets and campaigns

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college students and recent grads welcome!)

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in marketing and management

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
