🚀 What You’ll Do as a Management Trainee:

• Receive hands-on, cross-functional training in marketing, sales, promotions, event coordination, and customer engagement

• Assist in managing client campaigns, team performance, and event logistics

• Lead and mentor small teams within your first 60–90 days

• Coordinate multiple retail-based promotional events and community outreach campaigns

• Grow into a full management role within 6–12 months, with support from leadership

• Play a key role in helping expand our presence across new West Coast markets

• No prior experience in management required—we provide all necessary training
