As a Marketing & Promotions Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on paid training across all aspects of campaign execution and leadership development. You’ll play a key role in building brand visibility, supporting fundraising efforts, and managing event-based marketing campaigns—with a clear path to management.
Responsibilities include:
Cross-training in event marketing, customer engagement, promotions, and logistics
Supporting day-to-day execution of retail and community outreach events
Assisting in managing promotional teams and coordinating multiple event sites
Leading small teams and taking on entry-level management duties within 90 days
Collaborating with nonprofit partners and retail clients
Developing leadership, communication, and operational skills for advancement to management roles within 6–12 months
Supporting rapid campaign growth and expansion across the West Coast
Comprehensive paid training with one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders
Immediate leadership responsibilities with real-world impact for nonprofits
