This Assistant Manager position comes with the potential for promotion to General Manager in the future. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus.

· Assist managing day-to-day operations, while making sure the company has everything it needs to operate.

· The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the GM in managing all employees at Fish-Field. With this responsibility, they will shape the work environment into a positive and productive place. Clearly setting forth the vision of the company.

· Creating strategies and allocating resources to achieve company goals

· Train and develop staff. Be a mentor and communicate the company’s goals to employees.

· Build on the success of the company by bringing in fresh strategies and ideas.

· Maintain business data including inventory, sales, and customers.

· Assist in setting, practicing, and managing all workplace polices.

· Work with warehouse associates to maintain inventory and order accuracy. Oversee both inbound and outbound processes.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Fish-Field is a Pacific Northwest based fishing tackle supplier founded in the Salmon & Steelhead region.

We started as a tackle shop with local bait & tackle brands in Tigard, Oregon in 2013. After several years of operating, and with great support from local anglers and friends in the fishing industry, Fish-Field expanded and moved to Tualatin, Oregon with 100 plus fishing product brands in 2021.

Our tackle selection currently covers salmon & steelhead, bass & walleye, trout & kokanee, crappie & panfish, big game & deep sea, all types of saltwater species, and more.

Fish-Field is now recognized as one of the premier one-stop tackle suppliers nationwide. We will be continuously improving to provide better selections, services, and experiences as we grow.
