About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Blast Off Bay as the Assistant Manager for the Hampton Inn! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue, and create memorable experiences for our guests in the vibrant setting of Goddard, KS.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.

Oversee the sales team and provide coaching to enhance performance.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Manage sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and service.

About Us:

Connected to an indoor waterpark, natatorium, Genesis Health Clubs, 10 turf baseball and softball fields and newly opened Sandbox restaurant and sports courts, you will join a team quickly growing.

Pay is based on experience. Hourly rate PLUS commission. Performance based bonuses.
