Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and quality control
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Complete all training requirements and promote Zaxby's brand enthusiastically
• Handle scheduling, hiring, and labor management to optimize store performance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
