time Assistant Managers for our newest location in Tysons Corner, VA.!

and be committed to a company paid, three week,
out of state training program.

in the country; we specialize in Super-Fast, High-Volume sandwich
execution!  As an Assistant Manager you will work side by side with the General Manager to learn and manage all aspects of store
operations the Jimmy John’s Way, while producing sandwiches freaky
fast!  This high-speed execution has earned us the reputation of “Subs
So Fast You’ll Freak!” and “Americas #1 Sandwich Delivery”.

Some qualities we are looking for:

Ability to manage multiple situations effectively in a fast-paced environment

Great interpersonal finesse

Strong organizational, problem-solving and planning skills

Team-building skills and leadership abilities

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Ability to plan and prioritize workload

Retail/Customer Service experience is helpful        

College courses in business can take the place for some experience

18+ years old  

Preliminary interviews will be conducted by phone

Face to face interviews will begin on August 22, 2011

3 week training will begin on September 26, 2011
