What You’ll Do

• Work actively alongside staff during service—coaching, supporting, and modeling great hospitality
• Train and develop team members, helping them build skills and confidence
• Support daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest experience
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day flow
• Help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture where people feel supported and motivated
• Contribute to business growth, bringing ideas, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or AGM level)
• A passion for teaching, training, and developing people
• A leadership style rooted in communication, accountability, and positivity
• Strong operational instincts—you know how to keep a restaurant running smoothly
• Comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow with a mission‑driven company
• A hands‑on approach—you prefer being with your team over sitting in an office
