About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and professional Assistant Manager to help administer our music school in Needham, MA. The Assistant Manager will serve as a point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate has:

• strong interpersonal skills: small team (4+) management or medium-scale customer service (200+ clients)
• sales or advocacy training or background
• a background, degree, or strong interest in performing arts
