Job Description - Assistant Manager of Operations

Assistant Manager, Operations

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager of Operations supports the regional Operations Manager in executing audit functions, managing the store support channel, and maintaining operational compliance. This role handles day-to-day operational tasks, steps in for the Operations Manager during travel or absence, and plays a key role in quality assurance and documentation.

Job Duties:

•       Support the Operations Manager in executing audits and maintaining compliance standards

•       Monitor and respond to store support Teams channel during Manager absences or peak volume

•       Process credit memos, refunds, and routine operational requests

•       Prepare audit reports and documentation for regional review

•       Assist with in-store visit preparation including checklists, training materials, and follow-up action items

•       Conduct quality assurance reviews on completed audits and operational processes

•       Step in for Operations Manager during travel, PTO, or high-volume periods

•       Track and report on key operational metrics for assigned region

•       Maintain organized records of store interactions, audit findings, and training completions

•       Coordinate with Guest Solutions team on cross-functional store issues as needed

•       Support SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required; Associate’s degree preferred.

·       Experience: 1-3 years of operations, administrative, or customer service experience, required.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

·       Physical Demands: Lifting (10lbs), Standing (25% of Time), Travel (25% of Time)

·       Work Environment: Office Setting/ Field.

·       Schedule: Weekdays and occasional weekends, as needed.
