Job Purpose
This position supports the Parts, Service & Technical business objectives by managing an Instructional Design Team to develop technical training materials & resources in response to market studies and needs analyses, educating Honda/Acura dealerships, owners, and AHM Field personnel.
Key Accountabilities
Manage instructional design quality. Manage curriculum development based on market studies and needs. Oversee project schedules, including special projects. Coordinate schedules with production and learning management system teams.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
B.A./B.S. degree in Automotive Technology, Instructional Design or equivalent work experience. 6 to 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with specific knowledge of Honda and Acura products and dealership operations. 5 years supervisory experience 5 years project management experience Knowledge of Honda training and publications production process helpful Ability to proficiently use MS Office Results oriented Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of web development helpful
