Requirements

Here's what we're looking for:

Licensed to Lead: Possess a current cosmetology, barber, or manager license (requirements vary by state/province).

Flexibility is Key: Thrive in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Customer Champion: Be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back for more.

Leading by Example: Consistently demonstrate the 5 Steps to Customer Care, setting the standard for your team.

Technical Expertise: Deliver high-quality haircuts at a consistent pace in our fast-paced environment.

Active Listener: Possess a strong ability to understand and translate client desires into exceptional results.
