The Position: Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Medical Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions of a busy medical practice. The salary starts at $50,000 and up depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of healthcare management experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• E-Clinical/EMR experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience working in a busy medical practice

Responsibilities:

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Assist with daily office operations
• Supervise and support office staff
• Oversee check-in/check-out and copay collection
• Answer phones and assist patients with billing questions
• Monitor charge capture and billing clarification logs
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and CPT information
• Support physicians and staff
• Help improve office efficiency and practice growth
