What you will be doing: RN Assistant Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

• Report to the unit director/manager as a professional Registered Nurse.


• Utilize the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift.


• Support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.


• Provide managerial presence for all shifts.


• Oversee and lead the team of nursing clinicians.

Experience you will need: RN Assistant Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

• Bachelor's Degree - Graduate from School of Nursing (BS or BSN).


• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.


• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.


• 2 years RN experience in a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit.


• 2 years Charge Nurse experience.


• Leadership experience (Preferred).
