Assistant or Associate Professor of Practical Theology

Description

The School of Theology and Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Practical Theology. While the primary competence should be in practical theology, applicants should be able to teach in the area of historical theology. Candidates should be committed to a vocation of teaching and scholarship on behalf of the church and have demonstrated competence or promise in online instruction, as the teaching load will primarily focus on the online instruction in master’s and DMin programs. A PhD or comparable degree in Practical Theology is expected though outstanding late-stage ABD applications will be considered. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
