Assistant Parts Department Manager – McGrath City Honda

McGrath City Honda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Parts Department Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual with proven parts department experience to step into a leadership role with one of the top dealerships in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Parts Department.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate inventory control, ordering, and stocking procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide leadership and support to Parts Advisors and other staff.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure timely and efficient support for the Service Department and retail customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain excellent customer service and vendor relationships.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Parts Department experience required (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Dealertrack DMS and Xtime; Honda dealership experience highly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
