Assistant Parts Manager

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Description of the Role:

The Assistant Parts Manager will play a crucial role in the operations of our dealership. They will assist the Parts Manager in overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Parts Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department


• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts


• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks


• Assist in training and supervising parts department staff


• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in finding the right parts


• Process orders and handle parts returns

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts department management


• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functionalities


• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment


• Strong communication and customer service skills
