The Hiley Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Parts Manager to support the efficient operations of our parts department. This role is key to ensuring timely parts availability, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities

  Assist in leading and managing the parts department team.

  Support inventory control and purchasing procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.

  Ensure timely ordering of parts for scheduled repairs and service appointments.

  Supervise, train, and support parts counter staff to achieve departmental goals.

  Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

  Monitor parts pricing and maintain up-to-date records in the system.

  Comply with manufacturer warranty and return policies.

  Enforce attendance and scheduling policies.

  Maintain accurate stocking and location of inventory.

  Promote a safe, compliant, and customer-focused work environment.

  Forecast and work toward departmental goals and performance metrics.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts management (preferred).

  Strong sales and customer service background.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  High school diploma or equivalent.

  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
