Assistant Parts Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Parts Manager to join our team. As a family-owned Ford dealership, we take pride in treating our employees and customers like family—and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Parts Manager with the daily operation of the Parts Department


• Help oversee parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking


• Work closely with our Service and Sales departments to ensure parts are available when needed


• Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and sourcing


• Monitor inventory levels and help maintain accurate records


• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers


• Help train, support, and motivate Parts Department team members


• Step in for the Parts Manager when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred


• Ford parts experience is a plus


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Leadership skills and a team-oriented attitude


• A valid driver’s license and dependable work history
