Assistant Personal Banker / CSR

Job duties for this position include:

• Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and complete required documentation
• Process daily transactions and balance a teller drawer
• Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
• Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to talk with customers about bank products
• Learn new things quickly and multi-task
• Strong computer skills and able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions
• Applicants should also have money handling skills and enjoy working with the public
• Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
