About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team at Wayne Early Learning Center. As an integral part of our educational team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children in our community.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities

Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities

Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Assist with meal and snack times

Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on child's progress

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting

High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred

Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor

Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
