Assistant Product Control Specialist Job Summary: 

We are seeking for an Assistant Product Control Specialist to join our growing team! Responsibilities include repairing and testing products, processing stock, fulfilling orders, packing, shipping, and managing warehouse inventory.

What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions): 

• Repair and restore the Company’s proprietary devices and drop boxes.


• Test devices to ensure they are in good working order.


• Update and test the latest firmware, learn new features and functions to assist in trainings or troubleshooting.


• Assist in shipping and receiving of devices, drop boxes, crates, and other containers.


• Preparing Service Requests by pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging orders in delivery area.


• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards.


• Maintains inventory controls by recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed in spreadsheets. May also assist in counting of physical inventory.


• Prepare parcels for mailing.


• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and organized. Sweeping, dusting, and moping as needed.


• Printing and preparing vinyl signage for installations.


• Logging data onto Salesforce & Barnacle dashboard.


• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For (Education & Experience): 

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.


• 1-2 yrs previous warehouse/product experience preferred.


• Comfortable with using hand tools, soldering iron, and handling printed circuit boards.


• Good communication, organizational and time management skills.


• Dependable and Reliable.


• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.


• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.


• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.


• This job requires good eyesight, including near, far, color, peripheral, and depth vision.

Schedule Expectations

Full-time: This position requires 40 hours per week, set schedule with no weekends.
