Job Description - Assistant Projects Coordinator & Clients Servicing

We are seeking an Assistant Projects Coordinator & Clients Servicing to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients, ensuring attention to detail, maintaining data entry accuracy, familiarity with government portals, documenting processes, and demonstrating adaptability and quick learning abilities. The role requires excellent multi -tasking abilities to support the successful coordination of projects and client servicing.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination and client servicing
Maintain data entry accuracy and update information as required
Utilize familiarity with government portals to facilitate project requirements
Document processes to ensure efficient project coordination and client servicing
Demonstrate adaptability and quick learning abilities to meet changing project demands
Effectively multi -task to support various projects and client requirements
