**IMMEDIATE HIRE - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER**

We are on the hunt for a lively, enthusiastic individual oriented towards customer service and sales to join our fantastic team at Monarch! Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience in multifamily housing leasing
- Competence in handling lease renewals and retaining residents
- Strong computer skills; proficient with software navigation
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Yardi software experience is preferred
- Must pass a credit review
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay $20 an hour
- Fantastic commission potential: All Lease Renewals are yours! Up to $100/Renewal! + $75 per rental with 225 luxury market rate units!
- Annual reviews with potential raises up to 5% each year
- Blue Cross health insurance starting at $45/month for yourself
- 401k plan with 3% matching contribution

- Vision insurance
- Complimentary Life Insurance 
- Paid holidays
- PTO: Year one = 80 hours; Years two-four =120 hours; Five+ years =160 hours
- Rent discount of 20% at any owned communities

Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime hours 9:00 A.M. –5:30 P.M. Rotated Saturdays.
