The Caleb Group is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team to help manage a portfolio of properties in and around Saco, ME. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general office tasks, leasing, marketing waitlist management, screening and recertifying tenants, rent collections, and processing payables and receivables. Preferred qualifications include property management and Section 8/LIHTC experience, along with a familiarity with Yardi software. Will train the right candidate!
