Monarch is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at Fountain Pointe Apartments in Grand Blanc, Michigan. We offer competitive pay up to $18.00 an hour +  ALL LEASE RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS up to $100/renewal and $75/rental!

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:  

• 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
• Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a soft credit review
• Yardi experience is preferred 

Compensation and Benefits Available:  

• Competitive pay up to $18.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 
Dayshift hours. Rotated Saturdays 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
