What You Get

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
401(k)
Life Insurance
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Competitive salary ($45,000–$55,000)

Your Typical Day

You’ll work onsite in Oklahoma City from 8–5, starting with email, tenant questions, and updates from the Property Managers and Engineering team. Expect steady communication—phone calls, follow-ups, and quick handoffs—so issues don’t stall.

Much of the day is detail work: checking that records match, keeping lists current, and making sure the right people have the right documents. You’ll also spend time coordinating across vendors and utility providers, then documenting outcomes so the team can act fast. As priorities shift, you’ll step in where needed and stay ready to back up teammates through cross-training and required safety and time-tracking practices.
