Assistant Property Manager

This individual leads by example, demonstrating confidence with humility amongst teammates. As an extension of the community’s Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for instilling a culture of adaptable and resilient performers; and must be a pacesetter for innovative thinking and accountability.

As Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the overall management of our multi-family apartment community. A strong Assistant Property Manager generates satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
