What You'll Do

As the Assistant Property Manager at The Pines, you will be an integral part of the property management team and will:

  • Manage the leasing process from initial prospect contact through move-in, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
  
  
  • Showcase the features, amenities, and lifestyle of The Pines to prospective residents.
  
  
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents while providing exceptional customer service.
  
  
  • Assist with monthly rent payment processing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  
  
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and ensure required documentation and records are complete and accurate.
  
  
  • Support resident retention initiatives and help create an exceptional community experience that encourages renewals.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate and confidential resident files and electronic records.
  
  
  • Respond professionally and promptly to resident questions and concerns.
  
  
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations and administrative responsibilities.
  
  
  • Complete accurate weekly reports for the Property Manager and District Property Manager.
  
  
  • Work closely with the maintenance and management teams to ensure residents receive outstanding service.
  
  
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
  
  
  • Identify opportunities to improve leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and overall property operations.
  
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

Qualifications include:

  • Two or more years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a related field; residential property management experience preferred.
  
  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  
  
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  
  
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
  
  • Experience with Rent Manager or other property management software is a plus.
  
  
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
