As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting management's daily efforts to implement policies, procedures, and programs for ensuring well-managed and well-maintained buildings. Your focus will be on addressing tenant concerns, maintaining environmental health and safety standards, and supporting quality programs aligned with ownership's goals and objectives. Must have commercial property management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager in various tasks to ensure efficient operation of commercial properties.
• Coordinate real estate transactions
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including drafting memos and ensuring timely follow-up with vendors.
• Assist in coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations.
• Provide excellent customer service and tenant relations.
• Lease Renewals
• Collect rent/delinquencies.
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
• Enforce property rules and regulations.
• Must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
• Ensure that property/tenant lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.
• Investigate cost reduction opportunities

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Commercial Property Management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation.
